What was your biggest regret when opening a site that failed?

Most of us will have opened websites, blogs and forums and many of them over the years and some of them may have for some reason failed.

What do you feel was your biggest regret when you opened any kind of site that failed? Was it something you could have changed if you have known about it early on?

I would say spending time on it, time wasted is time forever gone.
