Are you kidding? This is the most original thing he ever did in his entire life. Everything after this, he just stole or "borrowed" from someone else.
That pic was probably following the last rebellious act he ever committed. That's why he's smiling.

maybe it's a fake. it wouldn't be *too* hard to put his head from a school pic or something on a mug shot body. who knows... it'd have to be a pretty good fake, esp. to have the side shot and everything.
