    You shouldn't. People who don't call are rude. As are people who take messages for RSVPs and don't tell the person giving the party. :(

    Yes. People just don't bother replying anymore. It's very frustrating, especially when you pay per person and end up paying for people who never show up. :( Or when your child thinks all their friends will be at their birthday and most don't call or show. :( (luckily this hasn't ha ppened...
